2. Cancellation Policy

a. No Refund Policy: Please note that all ticket sales are final. Climate Impact Co. does not offer refunds for cancellations by participants. We recommend that you carefully consider your availability before registering.

3. Event Postponement

a. Circumstances Beyond Control: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as public health concerns (e.g., COVID-19), natural disasters, or other force majeure events, Climate Impact Co. reserves the right to postpone the event.

b. Notification: Registered participants will be notified of any postponement as soon as possible via the contact information provided at registration.

c. Options for Participants: In case of postponement, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date or to a future event organised by Climate Impact Co.

4. Photography and Video

a. Consent for Media Use: By participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree that Climate Impact Co. may take photographs and record videos during the event. You consent to the use of such photographs and videos for promotional, marketing, and other purposes by Climate Impact Co. without further compensation.

5. Data Retention

a. Retention Period: Climate Impact Co. will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

The organiser and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.

They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.
